Fees and Booking Terms
The following information covers pricing, travel policy, and what to include when requesting a session.

Ready Mentoring
All mentoring is delivered virtually. Packages are billed monthly.

Travel Policy
The following travel policy applies to in-person sessions and workshops.
Metropolitan Sydney
Local travel within metropolitan Sydney is generally included unless the location creates substantial additional travel, parking, toll, or equipment costs.
Longer same-day travel
Travel time outside the usual Sydney service area may be charged at $150 per hour, capped at $900 per day.
Interstate travel
Where interstate travel occupies a substantial part of the day, a travel-day fee of $1,250 may apply. Where travel prevents an entire clinical working day from being booked, a displacement fee of $1,500–$2,000 may apply depending on the itinerary. An hourly travel charge and a travel-day fee will not normally be charged for the same travel period.
Direct expenses
The commissioning organisation is responsible for approved direct expenses, which may include airfares, accommodation, hire car or rideshare transport, mileage, parking and tolls, reasonable meals during required travel, venue hire, equipment or freight, and participant printing. Significant travel expenses may require approval and payment before bookings are confirmed.
