For a specialist working as the sole criticalist within a hospital or group. A confidential peer-advisory service covering clinical, leadership, and governance challenges. This is a practice consultancy service and should be contracted and funded by the hospital.

→Two 75-minute confidential peer-advisory sessions per month
→One structured complex-case, M&M, or service issue review
→Limited asynchronous consultation
→Priority response within one business day
→Discussion of leadership, clinical governance, team dynamics, and service development
